First National Goal
Legalize "[X] American" as a Choice of Heritage* for all Americans.
* Or any other euphemism for bloodline, like ancestry, culture, race, etc., used by the government to hide that it is asking U. S. citizens to self–segregate according to their bloodline.
  • Federal census forms, like employment, bank loan and gun permit applications, require Americans to self-segregate by bloodline. Every current choice is legally denied to some Americans which dishonors America's bedrock principles that begin with the declaration that "all men are created equal", because no choice is equally equally available to every American. It is time to end this evil betrayal of America's melting pot.
  • Americans are not part this and part that, and they are not "[X] Other". Americans are united as One People by a single common culture and heritage of wonderful variety. Not disunited into a diversity of adversarial cultures like those of the Middle East that preserve and protect 400 year old hatreds — hatreds so evil they drive parents of one group to murder their own children by wrapping them in explosives for no purpose other than to murder other children their child never knew.
  • Therefore, TAPP will seek law that requires "[X] American" be added as a choice on all such forms — a choice that, unlike every current choice, would be open to every American and denied to none. Americans have earned that right.
See the Policies section for other TAPP goals.
First State of Hawaii Goal:
God loves children, so it must be humans who have condemned Hawaii's children to the bottom rungs of national test score rankings — for at least the last quarter century — while even students on the top rungs in America have lost ground to other nations.
  • Acknowledge the underlying reasons for decades–long neglect of Hawaii's public education system. They cannot be overcome, until they are acknowledged and examined.
  • Wrest control of public schools from professional educators. Restore scholars — professional learners as America's public school teachers and executives to make them places children go to learn instead of places educators. go to practice the profession of education.
  • Create an Office of Public Education (OPED) modeled on OHA. Fund it with Education's 20% of ceded land revenues just as OHA administers native Hawaiian's 20%. Limit OPED's board to parents of public school students. This will create an advocate for the right of Hawaii's childred to an excellent education, as well funded, and therefore, as effective as OHA has been for native rights.
  • Separate the three primary function realted to public schools: Funding, Teaching, Testing.

Make teachers the professionals they claim to, and should, be.
  • Restore respect, recognition, and rewards for scholarship that are equivalent of those provided for ball players, and entertainers.
