Creating TAPP as
American's 3rd home
is a huge undertaking. It needs many people with intellectual honesty and skill to:
- Forge a written set of principles,
- Develop policies fully consistent the principles,
- Design By-Laws that bind TAPP to holding anyone who, as a candidate, pledges to honor its policies and principles, in return for TAPP's support, to do so after they are elected.
TAPP's immediate need is for help in these categories:

Scholars of:
- The American Language and its grammar. (Every Englishwoman or man says Americans do not speak English.)
- Science and math. (Real scientists, not government funded experts.)
- Formal logic. (Reasoning).
- The Ethics of Western Civilization on which rests America's foundation.)
- Enterprise level programming.
- Benefactors: TAPP exists in Cyber Space, but its builders and member are real, so they need a place to work, furniture, computers, utilities and more. To help See General Finance.
- Editors: who know a single specific is worth 1,000 generalities, and TAPP's goal is more conciseness, and not more writing.
- Ideas: For now good ideas be stored and posted under Member Ideas until a writer can incorporate them into TAPP. If requested, the posting will include attribution to whatever name is requested.
